- Appointment to be booked 2 days in advance, and payment to be done in 1 day advance ( just before appointment day ).
- Once payment made, it won’t be refunded. But appointment schedule can be changed on request, subject to availability of upcoming slot.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health and dietary needs. Clients must follow the recommended meal plans and guidelines and attend schedule appointments.
- You have to choose one category from below two options in a single appointment.
- Rs. 800 for weight-loss regime/single appointment.
- Rs. 600 for normal/clinical diet/single appointment.
- Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients’ personal and health information.
- Liability: We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the client’s use of our services or recommendations.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the client relationship at any time, for any reason. Clients may also terminate the relationship at any time, but may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes that arise between us and clients will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and their continued use of our services indicates their acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
- Acknowledgement of Agreement: Clients must acknowledge their agreement to these terms and conditions before beginning any services with us.
